Well, Thank you! I wasn't sure if the link would work. I was just doing my part in solidarity with those affected by the economic downturn. I know it doesn't make sense but it was the only Consumption I could cutback on! Maybe I could graph my grocery bills and eat-out costs, too. So I lost 10% of my January weight, and sure enough when I have to climb stairs, I don't feel it so fast! I'm still keeping the lifestyle change. :D

Thats impressive, i used to use:
http://www.healthyweightforum.org/eng/weight/

300 every 3 hours is good :) If you wanted to see even better results, try 250 every 2.5 hours just to keep the metabolic rate that little bit higher, but never go above 200 every 2 otherwise the dip point (point at which your metabolism peaks) will lower to a slower pace to compensate.

By Cardio, I mean keeping youe heart rate within the fat loss zone of bpm

In this chart:

55% = Ineffective Training
65% = Low Impact Cardio, Weight Management and Fat Loss Zone
75% = Heavy Cardio, Cardio Respiratory training for athletes, me, and heavy fat loss
85% = Anerobic Training - Very high impact, useless to all but athletes
Heart Rate (100%) = 220 - Age

At least 30 minutes, but no longer than 90 unless your a real athlete and then you can push it up to 2 hours.

As for frequency - 3-4 times a week if possible, minimum of twice.

I just got a chin-up bar and some resistance bands. I have had the P90X workout set for a few weeks now and will start working on that. . .
Reading the booklet however does state that it is an extreme workout program and for those that are already in shape. I heard of it a few times and I mentioned getting in shape to a friend from high school (him and his wife went with me to skinny dipper hotsprings once, they did not partake of the clothes of the freedom of it as I did) mentioned that he did it for a few months and it helped him loose about 30 pounds.
I am going to start with the lean program which focuses more on cardio and after that plan on moving to the main one and then doubles. The program is set for 90 days for each cycle. :-D

Delay in start . . .
first thing I need to get before starting is food, I have been eating hit and miss again lately and haven't gone shopping in quite a while. Some of the stuff I have read in the booklet has stated that they want you to eat more rather than cutting carbs, that have suggested meals for the days, and the meals look really good. I guess I have to go shopping again

One of the first things it also says is to take pictures of yourself

"BEFORE" AND "AFTER" PHOTOS
The more you show, the more you'll know. Wear a swimsuit, underwear, or something comparable so you can see were you need the work, and where you're making progress. Don't be afraid to show some skin. These photos are great motivators.
P90X

I am not afraid to show some skin, but am not sure who would take the pics. I would like to have some that are me, and some that can be viewed in a textile environment, since just about everybody I know is textile.

Bri_guy, does your camera have a timer mode? Set it on a table top or something like that if you don't have anybody to take photos of you, nude or not. That is what I did until I was able to get my wife to start taking them for me.

I am not sure, currently my camera is the Mytouch Android phone. I will probably use my sisters, just need to remember to take the photos off afterward, I think hers has a timer I will have to check
