By accessing Naturist-Christians.org (hereinafter "we", "us", "our", "Naturist-Christians.org", "www.naturist-christians.org"), you agree to be legally bound by the following terms. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all of the following terms then please do not access and/or use Naturist-Christians.org. We may change these at any time and we'll make a reasonable attempt to inform you of the change, though it would be prudent to review this regularly yourself as your continued usage of Naturist-Christians.org after changes mean you agree to be legally bound by these terms as the terms of service are updated and/or amended.

Our forums are powered by phpBB (hereinafter "they", "them", "their", "phpBB software", "www.phpbb.com", "phpBB Group", "phpBB Teams") which is a bulletin board solution released under the General Public License (hereinafter "GPL") and can be downloaded from www.phpbb.com. The phpBB software only facilitates internet based discussions, the phpBB Group is not responsible for what we allow and/or disallow as permissible content and/or conduct. We are a not-for-profit religious organization, which is why all memberships are free. Our purpose is to educate the public into the values of natural naturism from a Christian perspective. Our community exists to provide a friendly place to meet others and share the fun of our Christian acceptance of wholesome naturism and nude recreation. While in the public forums, please keep comments civil. We expect all members to abide by the following guidelines. If a member does not, we will take appropriate actions as necessary to preserve the congruity of this site, including, but not limited to, the withdrawal of membership here.

Be aware of our Core Values (http://www.naturist-christians.org/learn_corevalues.php) and keep the core values in mind in all of your postings. We defend the right of all persons to be clothes free, shame free, and accepting of their body as God created it, and of parents to raise their children with those values, seeking a healthy balance of self esteem and respect for the wider society.

The Naturist-Christians.org forums are available for the discussion of naturism and other topics of interest, within the context of Christian, international, family centered, naturist core values. In all conversations, be courteous, friendly, and tolerant of the viewpoints of others.

You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated or any other material that may violate any laws be it of your country, The United Stated of America or International Law. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned, with notification of your Internet Service Provider if deemed required by us. The IP addresses of all posts are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that Naturist-Christians.org has the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should we see fit. As a user you agree to any information you have entered to being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, neither Naturist-Christians.org nor phpBB shall be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.

The forums are lightly moderated, and all posts will be allowed as long as the content does not conflict with our defined values. Please place your posts under the correct headings, or begin a new thread with a new title under the appropriate heading. We respect all opinions expressed with courtesy and respect. We try to be fair to all, and we may at any time delete, edit, relocate, or amend any post or topic thread as we deem appropriate. We do not confirm nor accept responsibility for the validity of information posted on the forums. We can not always actively monitor the contents of posted messages and are not responsible for any messages posted. Remember that each poster remains solely responsible for the content of their posts, and that the posted messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of the Naturist-Christians.org, Continuing Care, Inc., or its officers, personnel, or volunteers.

We highly value the privacy of all of our members here, and will always do our best to protect your identity. However, we do reserve the right to reveal your identity (or whatever information we know about you) to law enforcement or to relevant authorities in the event of legal action arising from any message posted by you. So, please do not post anything that would likely result in such an action.

If your article or post is particularly good, or insightful, Naturist-Christians.org may quote from, or reuse the content in promotional materials, newsletters, or other documents. We appreciate positive posts about naturism and will use posts to help promote our site, and the views we express here.

If you feel that a posted message is objectionable, you are encouraged to contact us immediately by contacting any moderator via a Private Message (PM), or email us by using the Help link. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine at our sole discretion that removal is necessary.

All Christian naturists seek to build up the self esteem of their fellow Christians and naturists. All members of Naturist-Christians.org seek to do the same, with courtesy and respect in all conversations. Do not post any material that is knowingly false, inaccurate, and/or defamatory, slanderous, threatening, abusive, invasive of a person's privacy, hateful, or contains harassing information about any person or entity, or otherwise in any manner that is in violation of any law. Please respect all others here.

In each member's profile we allow members to add a link to a website. You are not permitted to link to any sites containing or leading to the following subjects: pornography, swingers clubs, witchcraft, pagan/wiccan, non-Christian religions, non-Christian values or other sites which may compromise our position. You are also prohibited from using a vulgar, profane, or sexually suggestive user name. Also, you shall not use any photo in your avatar that is sexually suggestive, or in any way inappropriate for public viewing.
